A comprehensive annual service which includes a full inspection is £70 plus VAT

We also provide landlord certificates to those renting out properties at a cost of £60 plus VAT

If as a landlord your chose to have both a boiler service and Certificate we offer a discount and the total price is £95 plus VAT 

For any boiler breakdowns or plumbing issues our hourly rate is £90 plus VAT for the first hour and £80 plus VAT subsequent hours
